These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Mantle application. By creating an account or using Mantle, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Mantle is a personal and family planning and organization tool. It provides AI-assisted suggestions and organizational features across areas including daily and weekly planning, scheduling, tasks, meals and grocery lists, budgeting and finances, children's activities, and general wellness routines.
Mantle is an informational and organizational tool only. It does not provide professional advice of any kind. All suggestions, plans, calculations, and content — whether AI-generated or built-in — are for general informational purposes and should not be relied upon as a substitute for the judgment of a qualified professional.
Mantle does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and is not a medical device. Fitness plans, workout suggestions, macro and calorie targets, supplement suggestions, meal and nutrition content, and any wellness features are general information only and are not tailored medical or nutritional advice.
The medication-reminder feature is a simple time-based check-off and does not track, verify, or manage actual medication. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any diet, exercise, supplement, or wellness regimen, before relying on any reminder for medication adherence, and before making any health-related decision. Never disregard or delay seeking professional medical advice because of something in the app. If you may have a medical emergency, contact emergency services immediately.
Budgeting tools, income and paycheck breakdowns, tax-withholding estimates, savings projections, expense categorization, and AI financial insights are illustrative estimates only and may not reflect your actual situation or current law. They are not financial, tax, investment, accounting, or legal advice. Tax and withholding figures are approximations and should not be used for filing or compliance purposes. Consult a licensed financial advisor, accountant, or tax professional before making financial decisions.
Many features rely on a third-party AI model. AI output is generated statistically and may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or inappropriate for your circumstances. Examples include but are not limited to: meals that conflict with an allergy or dietary need, inaccurate nutrition or cost estimates, unsafe or unsuitable exercises, and incorrect financial figures. You are responsible for reviewing all suggestions and using your own judgment before acting. Do not rely on AI output for any decision that could affect health, safety, finances, or legal rights without independent verification.
While Mantle lets you record dietary restrictions and allergies and attempts to honor them, you must independently verify that any suggested meal, ingredient, or product is safe for you and your household. Do not rely solely on the app to avoid allergens or unsafe foods.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for all decisions you make based on the app. You agree to use Mantle only for lawful, personal, and family planning purposes. You will not misuse, disrupt, reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the app or its systems.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
Mantle is intended for use by adults. You are responsible for any information you choose to enter about children in your household and for supervising any use of the app involving minors.
We aim to keep Mantle reliable but provide it on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Features may change, be added, or be removed at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation, and AI features depend on third-party providers that may be unavailable.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mantle is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mantle and its creators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your reliance on the app's content or suggestions, including health, financial, or dietary outcomes. Your use of the app and any content within it is at your own risk.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes are indicated by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
